1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
This recipe is best baked on a 10 ½ x 15 jelly roll pan,but can also be done in a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. While still warm cover with 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips. Spread when melted. Let cool before cutting.
You can also do this in a cookie sheet. Just double the recipe. Bake at 350* for 25 mins.
