2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
¾ c. flour
1 ½ c milk
Beat eggs until fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients. Melt butter in pan and pour batter to make thin layer in pan. Fry until golden brown, turning once. Rebutter pan when cooking each pancake.
