PEPPERMINT BROWNIES

1 pkg. Chocolate fudge cake mix
1 cube butter, melted
1 egg

Frosting:
1 can vanilla frosting
1 tsp. Peppermint flavoring
pink or green coloring

Drizzle:
1 c. milk chocolate chips
4 T. butter
2-3 T. milk

Mix cake mix, butter and egg well, press into a 9x13 pan. (I double the above ingredients if I am going to make these in a cookie sheet. You don’t have to double the frosting or drizzle.) Bake at 350* for 10-12 Minutes. Cool. Make frosting and frost cooled brownies. Then make drizzle by melting chocolate chips with butter, add milk and mix well. Drizzle over top of frosted brownies.
